BOOKING POLICY
Reservations are confirmed upon successful booking or, for quote based services, after confirmation by Black Panther Chauffeurs. Please review your reservation details carefully before completing your booking.
HOURLY CHAUFFEUR SERVICE
Hourly chauffeur service requires a minimum reservation of two hours. Additional hours, mileage beyond the included allowance, parking fees, tolls, and requested add-ons may result in additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be canceled without penalty. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
FLIGHT DELAYS
For airport transfers, we monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever a valid flight number is provided. Pickup times will be adjusted for delays whenever possible.
WAITING TIME
Complimentary waiting time is included for scheduled pickups. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may result in extra charges.
RESERVATION CHANGES
Reservation changes are subject to availability and should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
substitution
While every effort is made to provide the selected vehicle, Black Panther Chauffeurs reserves the right to substitute a comparable upgrade when necessary.
DAMAGE & CLEANING
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the vehicle during service.
