Service Description
Enjoy the flexibility of a private chauffeur for business travel, shopping, special events, city transportation, or a personalized itinerary. Hourly service starts at $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum reservation. (Up to 80 km is included with every 2-hour booking). Additional hours, extra mileage, parking fees, tolls, or special requests may incur additional charges. After your reservation is submitted, our team will review the details and contact you by phone, email, or text to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation - Customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows - If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the agreed waiting period and cannot be contacted, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Changes to reservations - Reservation changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be always guaranteed. Company cancellations - In the rare event that Black Panther Chauffeurs must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
